Louise Harris has over twenty years experience in communications and corporate reputation working with multi-national companies, governments and associations across all regions of the world.    She has provided strategic counsel and communications support to Audi, Bloomberg, Citibank, BP, BT, IEEE, Mercedes-Benz, Michelin, Microsoft, Motorola, Novartis, Pfizer and the Singapore Economic Development Board. 

Louise has created and led several thought leadership initiatives for leading brands, including Legacies of Leadership, a global campaign created for Citibank’s wealth management business, as well as a campaign for the IEEE to increase the understanding and recognition of engineering and technology in solving some of the world’s most pressing problems.    She also provides communications counsel to Bloomberg LP, a company that is transforming itself to become a world leader in the collection, distribution and analysis of news content.  

She has deep experience in issues management and crisis preparedness and has conducted numerous training workshops for senior executives to better prepare them for managing communications under pressure.  She has provided executives with communications counsel and on the ground support for a wide range of issues including product recalls, environmental and financial issues, disease outbreaks, as well as various employee related issues.  

Prior to moving to Ruder Finn’s New York headquarters in 2006, she spent fifteen years in Asia, most recently heading up Ruder Finn’s Asia Pacific operations based in Singapore.  Prior to that, she worked in London for Burson-Marsteller, implementing consumer brand campaigns in the UK and Europe.
