SUBMITTING BY EMAIL

To submit your application by email, send all materials to ETApplications@ruderfinn.com (Note: we do not accept emails over 25 MB). Submit all materials as email attachments and in the subject line, write your name and the session for which you are applying. If possible, avoid sending application materials in more than one email. If it is necessary to send in multiple emails due to file size, send them in quick succession on the same day, and note in the subject line "1 of 3," etc. You may send your letters of recommendation and transcript separately, by regular mail. Please send these materials together and clearly label them with your name.

After submitting your application package

Each applicant will be contacted by email about the status of his or her candidacy after the Executive Training Program staff has reviewed all applications - typically eight to nine weeks after the application deadline. Those selected to move on in the process may be contacted to schedule an interview. Those best suited to a specific ET position may be asked back for a second interview with Ruder Finn executives either in person or by telephone. Applicants should be prepared to answer questions about the writing samples submitted and the experiences listed on their resume.

Following completion of the interviews, a final slate of candidates will be selected for admission to the Program. There is no set number of Executive Trainees for each session; the class size varies from session to session. All applicants will be notified about the final status of their application.
