Cathleen Graham is the Global Head of Human Resources. She has over 17 years of Human Resources experience. Prior to joining Ruder Finn, Cathleen served as Senior Vice President and Global Director of Human Resources at Cohn & Wolfe and as Human Resource Director at Rubenstein PR. She has also worked at Bank of Boston and Arthur Anderson in the Human Resources area. Cathleen received her Masters Degree from Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and her Bachelors degree from Boston College. Cathleen has also received a Certificate from Harvard Business School in Strategic Human Resource Management. She is fluent in French.
